KYIV, 3 October 2014 – The OSCE Special Monitoring Mission to Ukraine (SMMU) acknowledges that a breach of its own internal security regulations occurred in early September 2014 in Donetsk city involving one of our vehicles. The SMMU regrets the incident where two uniformed individuals boarded our vehicle.
