VIENNA, 3 February 2015 –The Chief Monitor of the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission to Ukraine, Ambassador Ertugrul Apakan, will address the OSCE Permanent Council, on 5 February 2015, at the Hofburg, Vienna. As part of a regular reporting process, Ambassador Apakan will present the Mission’s latest report on activities and observations to the Permanent Council. Although the meeting of the Permanent Council is closed to the media, Ambassador Apakan will be available for a short Q&A session with journalists on the margins of the meeting.
