Yanukovych Cronies Try Last-Ditch Effort to Dilute Ukraine’s Transparency Reforms

On March 15, Ukraine’s parliament passed an important anticorruption initiative that requires officials to file an electronic declaration listing their financial assets—meeting a requirement for visa liberalization.
