Emerging Europe has spent the past three days in the sunshine at Cannes, at MIPIM – the annual investment and real estate fair. As big as ever, this year’s event placed a great deal of emphasis on innovation, talent and skills, all combining to create solutions that the world’s cities are currently facing.
