European Union’s (EU) Eastern Partnership Project (EaP) has registered very controversial results after the six years of its kick-off. In some countries it succeeded to implement the desired reforms and brought to the conclusion of the Association Agreement (Georgia, Moldova, Ukraine) but in some countries it did not (e.g. Armenia, Belarus).
