Introduction
The Eastern Partnership Project (EaP) and European Union’s (EU) Neighborhood Policy at large can be described as one of the vivid indicators of EU’s normative character, especially in its foreign policy dimension, as these projects were initiated to secure stability at the borders with the help of social and economic reforms and political integration.
