For many reasons, the Ukrainians look to the coming year with cautious pessimism.
However, a couple of years ago it was considered the 2017 th year that will solve all our problems. Omniscient experts predicted that in 2017 the Kremlin has run out of money, with the bankruptcy of a neighboring regime followed the collapse of Russia, and finally we will be spared from the natural enemy.
