In March 2014, Eastern regions of Ukraine became an arena of the Russian secret services’ “Russian Spring” plan, aiming to pull a large part of Ukrainian territories out of Ukrainian jurisdiction. These actions were supported by a wide information campaign in the Russian Federation.
