Top anti-corruption official questions motives for prosecution of key reformer Kasko

The National Anti-Corruption Bureau did not initiate criminal proceedings over flats obtained by Vitaly Kasko, a prominent reformer, anti-corruption campaigner and ex-Deputy Prosecutor General.
