ERGNETI, 24 June 2015 – On 24th June 2015, the 56th meeting under the Incident Prevention and Response Mechanism (IPRM) took place in Ergneti, co-facilitated by Kęstutis Jankauskas, the Head of the EU Monitoring Mission in Georgia (EUMM), and Ambassador Angelo Gnaedinger, the Special Representative of the OSCE Chairperson-in-office for the South Caucasus.
The co-facilitators welcomed the calm security situation along the Administrative Boundary Line (ABL) and noted the decrease in detentions since the last IPRM meeting. The participants continued extensive discussions on the follow-up items from the previous meetings.
