KYIV, 2 February 2016 –The handover ceremony of 20 armoured vehicles donated by the European Union to the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission (SMM) to Ukraine will take place tomorrow in Kyiv.
Chief Monitor of the SMM to Ukraine Ertugrul Apakan, Head of the EU Delegation to Ukraine Jan Tombinski and Deputy Head of the European Union Advisory Mission for Civilian Security Sector Reform Ukraine Hugues Fantou will participate in the ceremony.
Journalists are invited to attend the ceremony on Wednesday, 3 February, at 13:30 at Turhenievska 26, at the premises of the SMM’s office in Kyiv.
