KYIV, 23 October 2015 – The international observers deployed by the OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR), the Council of Europe’s Congress of Local and Regional Authorities and the European Parliament will present their preliminary statement of findings and conclusions on the 25 October local elections in Ukraine at a press conference in Kyiv on Monday.
The preliminary statement will be delivered by Tana de Zulueta, Head of the OSCE/ODIHR election observation mission, followed by Gudrun Mosler-Törnström, Head of the Congress of Local and Regional Authorities delegation, and Andrej Plenković, Head of the European Parliament delegation.
