This report is for media and the general public. The SMM continued to monitor the situation in the Luhansk and Donetsk regions, focusing on the implementation of the Minsk Protocol and Memorandum. The Ukrainian and Russian heads of the Joint Centre for Control and Co-ordination (JCCC) informed the SMM of an agreed draft schedule for gradual disengagement of forces along the line of contact.
