The SMM continued to monitor the situation in the Luhansk and Donetsk regions, focusing on the implementation of the Minsk Protocol and Memorandum.
In Kharkiv the SMM was told by representatives of the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) that two suspects, both Kharkiv residents, had been arrested as they were allegedly preparing an attack against a district police office in the city.
