This report is for media and the general public. The SMM continued to monitor the implementation of the provisions of the Minsk Protocol and Memorandum and the work of the Joint Centre for Control and Co-ordination (JCCC). Two shelling incidents occurred in Donetsk city resulting in at least five civilian fatalities and eight civilians injured. Evacuation of civilians from “Donetsk People’s Republic” and “Lugansk People’s Republic” (“DPR” and “LPR”) – controlled areas continued.
