The SMM recorded a low number of ceasefire violations in Donetsk and Luhansk regions. It experienced freedom-of-movement restrictions in areas not controlled by the Government*. The SMM spoke to medical personnel in Horlivka City Hospital No. 2, where it heard that medication for dialysis patients will run out by 1 January 2016.
