The SMM monitored the implementation of the “Package of measures for the implementation of the Minsk agreements”, including the Addendum. Its monitoring was restricted by the parties and security considerations*. In Donetsk region, the SMM recorded significantly fewer explosions than the previous day. In Luhansk a small number of training-related firing incidents was recorded.
The SMM recorded fewer ceasefire violations than in previous days.
