KYIV, 13 October 2014 – The OSCE Special Monitoring Mission (SMM) to Ukraine will hold a media briefing in Kyiv today, Monday, at 12:00 noon local time, at the Ukrainian Crisis Media Centre, Hotel Ukraina, 3/F.
