New OSCE Chairperson-in-Office, German Foreign Minister Steinmeier to present priorities in Vienna on Thursday, 14 January

VIENNA, 08 January 2016 – The new OSCE Chairperson-in-Office, German Federal Foreign Minister Frank-Walter Steinmeier, will outline Germany’s Chairmanship programme and priorities to the OSCE Permanent Council on Thursday, 14 January in Vienna. Germany took over the Chairmanship of the Organization on 1 January 2016 from Serbia.
Journalists are invited to cover the speech set to begin at 14.00 on 14 January in the Hofburg Congress Centre’s Neuer Saal. After the speech, tentatively at 15:45, the Chairperson-in-Office Frank-Walter Steinmeier will give a news conference in the Segmentgalerie I (1st Floor).
