New OSCE Chairperson, Serbian Foreign Minister Dačić to present priorities in Vienna on Thursday

VIENNA, 12 January 2015 – The new OSCE Chairperson-in-Office, Serbian Foreign Minister Ivica Dačić, will outline the Serbian Chairmanship’s priorities to the OSCE Permanent Council on Thursday, 15 January in Vienna.
Serbia took over the Chairmanship of the Organization on 1 January 2015 from Switzerland. During its Chairmanship Serbia will work closely with Switzerland, 2014 Chair.
Over the course of 2015, the Serbian Chairmanship will focus on de-escalation of the situation in and around Ukraine, based on a ceasefire respected by all sides. Dačić will discuss the plans of the Serbian Chairmanship in protracted conflicts, bringing to the table its own experience …read more
