WASHINGTON, D.C., 9 November 2015 – The OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR) will release its report, The Human Rights Situation of Detainees at Guantanamo, at 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday, 10 November 2015, at the National Press Club in Washington, D.C.
The report contains the findings of the comprehensive assessment conducted by ODIHR from 2012 to 2015 of the human rights situation of the detainees since the opening of the detention facility.
