KYIV, 23 April 2015 – Michael Georg Link, Director of the OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR), will deliver a public lecture, to be followed by a panel discussion, at the launch event for an ODIHR project to support and enhance the role of civil society in the current environment of change and transition in Ukraine.
