VIENNA, October 20, 2014 – OSCE Secretary General Lamberto Zannier has welcomed offers by France, Germany, Italy and Russia to help in implementing the Minsk documents. Discussions are ongoing amongst the 57 participating States on details of the offers to put Unmanned Aerial Vechicles (UAV) and related personnel at the OSCE’s disposal. “I welcome all offers aimed at ensuring implementation of the Minsk Protocol and commend the diplomatic efforts being made on all sides.
