DUSHANBE, 31 October 2014 – A week-long train-the-trainer course for the representatives of the national border-related training institutions and graduates was completed today at the OSCE Border Management Staff College (BMSC). The training course on developing engaging training solutions is learner-centred and aims at enriching the pool of national trainers in the OSCE participating States and Partners. The course was designed and conducted by Anita Scenar and Werner Schranz, the representatives of the Austrian Ministry of Finance.
