VIENNA, 18 August 2015 –The Chief Monitor of the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission to Ukraine, Ambassador Ertugrul Apakan, will hold a media briefing tomorrow, 19 August 2015, at the Hofburg, Vienna, after his address to the OSCE Special Permanent Council.
Ambassador Apakan will brief representatives of the OSCE’s 57 participating States on the Mission’s latest observations.
He will hold a briefing for media after his address tentatively at 11:30 am in the Hofburg Congress Centre’s, Segmentgalerie.
