VIENNA, 11 July 2015 – Chief Monitor of the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission to Ukraine, Ambassador Ertugrul Apakan, will address the joint meeting of the Forum for Security Co-operation and the Permanent Council on Monday 13 July 2015, at the Hofburg, Vienna.
Ambassador Apakan will report on the current situation on the ground and activities carried out by the Mission.
Although his address is closed to the media, Apakan will hold a press briefing at 17:30 in Room 201 of the Hofburg Congress Centre.
