VIENNA, 3 November 2015 – Chief Monitor of the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission to Ukraine, Ambassador Ertugrul Apakan, will address a special meeting of the Permanent Council on Wednesday 4 November 2015, at the Hofburg, Vienna.
Ambassador Apakan will report on the current situation on the ground and activities carried out by the Mission.
Apakan’s address is closed to the media but he will hold a briefing for members of the media at 17:30 in Room 201 of the Hofburg Conference Centre.
