VIENNA, 26 April 2016 – The Chief Monitor of the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission to Ukraine (SMM), Ertugrul Apakan, will hold a briefing for media in Room 201 of the Hofburg Conference Centre on Thursday. The media briefing is expected to start at 12:00.
Prior to the media briefing, the Chief Monitor will address the Permanent Council in a closed session, as part of the regular reporting process.
