VIENNA, 27 January 2016 – The Chief Monitor of the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission to Ukraine (SMM), Ertugrul Apakan, will hold a briefing for media in Room 201 of the Hofburg Conference Centre on Thursday afternoon. The media briefing is expected to provisionally start at 17:30.
Before the media briefing, Ambassador Apakan, together with the Special Representative of the OSCE Chairperson-in-Office to the Trilateral Contact Group on the implementation of the peace plan in the East of Ukraine, Martin Sajdik, will address a special meeting of the Permanent Council in a closed session as part of their regular reporting process.
