KYIV, 1 October 2015 – Alexander Hug, the Deputy Chief Monitor of the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission to Ukraine (SMM), will hold a special news briefing for media in Kyiv via video link from Luhansk city.
Hug is currently on a duty trip to Luhansk to assess the security situation, meet the SMM team and other interlocutors. He will also talk about recently signed agreement in Minsk and the SMM role in relation to the Addendum.
