KYIV, 22 October 2015 – Alexander Hug, the Deputy Chief Monitor of the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission to Ukraine (SMM), will hold a special news briefing tomorrow via videolink from Donetsk city.
Hug is currently on a duty trip to Donetsk to assess the security situation, meet the SMM team and interlocutors in order to solicit support for the opening of additional SMM Forward Patrol Bases in the Donetsk region. Hug, along with the SMM team there, will also support efforts for the repair of utilities in the region.
