KYIV, 6 November 2015 – The OSCE Project Co-ordinator in Ukraine and the Ministry of Education and Science will present a draft state standard for legal education at the bachelor degree-level on Monday, 9 November 2015 in Kyiv.
The standard sets out the minimum requirements of the course content for law students in obtaining a bachelor degree. The standard also defines the competences, skills and learning outcomes that should be acquired by students, and outlines the criteria for evaluating students on the knowledge they have received. The presentation is also supported by the USAID FAIR Justice project.
