VIENNA, 12 November 2014 – The President of the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly Ilkka Kanerva (MP, Finland) will address the OSCE Permanent Council on Thursday, 13 November, 2014, at the Hofburg, Vienna. President Kanerva will discuss the challenges presented by the Ukraine crisis, the need for Organizational reform, and the importance of parliamentary contribution to the OSCE’s work.
