KYIV, 12 July 2016 – The OSCE Project Co-ordinator in Ukraine jointly with the Parliament and Ministry of Defence is holding a conference on Friday, 15 July 2016 to highlight approaches used in various OSCE participating States to ensure democratic control over armed forces and security services.
Parliamentarians, experts and civil society activists will gather to learn the basic principles embodied in the OSCE Code of Conduct on Politico-Military Aspects of Security and OSCE Security Sector Governance and Reform Guidelines.
