KYIV, 20 June 2016 – The OSCE Project Co-ordinator in Ukraine the country’s Presidential Administration and Koretsky Institute of State and Law of National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine will organize a conference on Thursday, 23 June 2016, dedicated to the 20th anniversary of Ukraine’s constitution and bring together state officials, politicians, lawyers and academics to discuss the most urgent issues of the constitutional reform process.
The topics will include effect the recent constitutional changes are to have on decentralisation processes and judicial reform, and the prospects for giving citizens the possibility to lodge complaints with the Constitutional Court.
