ODESA, 18 March 2015 –The OSCE Project Co-ordinator in Ukraine will donate equipment for humanitarian demining operations in coastal waters to the State Emergency Service of Ukraine on 19 March 2015 in Odesa. Special dive suits, masks, fins and hydro-acoustic communication systems will be provided to the national underwater emergency response teams. Ukrainian rescue teams will also receive a handbook on international standards of humanitarian demining, as well as materials for risk education campaigns.
