KYIV, 23 July 2015 – Deputy Chief Monitor of the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission (SMM) to Ukraine, Alexander Hug, is travelling to Donetsk today, on 23 July.
Alexander Hug will follow-up on the events that have been occurring in Donetsk since last weekend and onwards.
