KYIV, 24 February 2015 – The Deputy Chief Monitor of the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission (SMM) to Ukraine, Alexander Hug, will visit Utrecht, Netherlands, on 26 February, where he will take part in symposium “After Flight MH17: Reparation & Repercussion.” Hug will participate in a roundtable “Weapons, Sanctions or Diplomacy – Ways to De-escalate the Conflict in Eastern Ukraine” on 27 February in Berlin, Germany.
