KYIV, 28 July 2015 – Western Donbas Forum “Reconstruction through Dialogue”, organized by the OSCE Project Co-ordinator on request from Donetsk Oblast Civil and Military Administration, is to take place in Krasnoarmiysk in the East of Ukraine on Thursday, 30 July 2015. The purpose of the event is to facilitate discussions between central and local authorities, civil society and expert community on ways of solving the most urgent issues, related to people’s life in the areas affected by the conflict.
