KYIV, 17 October 2014 – A new online platform for public administration services in construction industry developed with the support of the OSCE Project Co-ordinator was launched today in Kyiv. The platform allows businesses and individuals to submit online applications, as required by the legislation. The platform will minimize paperwork, help businesses and ordinary people, and increase transparency of the State Architecture and Construction Inspectorate.
