KYIV, 21 April 2015 – Moldovan and Ukrainian parliamentarians, deputy ministers of environment and water agencies managers will meet on Thursday in Kyiv to present the newly developed bi-lateral strategic framework for the adaptation to the climate change in the Dniester river basin and to start working on the development of the basin management plan. The entry into force of the bilateral Dniester Treaty will also be discussed.
