OSCE/ODIHR election observers to present findings at press conference in Kyiv on Monday

KYIV, 13 November 2015 – Tana de Zulueta, head of the election observation mission deployed by the OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR), will present the mission’s preliminary statement of findings and conclusions on the 15 November second round of mayoral elections in Ukraine at a press conference in Kyiv on Monday.
The OSCE/ODIHR election observation mission comprises some 320 observers, including 52 long-term and 240 short-term observers deployed for the different mayoral elections across the country, and a core team of 16 experts based in Kyiv. Altogether, the observers come from 44 countries.
