KYIV, 11 February 2015 – To mark 15 years since the Ukrainian Parliament’s ratification of a memorandum of understanding between the Government and the OSCE on creating a new form of co-operation between them, the OSCE Project Co-ordinator in Ukraine is organizing a public discussion on the priorities of its further project assistance to Ukraine.
