DUSHANBE, 29 May 2015 – The OSCE Border Management Staff College concluded its 13th Border Management Staff Course for Women Leaders in Dushanbe today. “In the 21st century in spite of all changes, women remain underrepresented in the border security and management agencies. This course aims at promoting and encouraging women inclusion and participation in ensuring the safety and security of our borders,” said Alexander Eliseev, Chief of Education at the OSCE Border Management Staff College.
