KYIV, 12 January 2015 –The handover ceremony of ten armoured vehicles donated by the United Kingdom to the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission (SMM) to Ukraine will take place tomorrow, on 13 January 2015, in Kyiv.
Ambassador Ertugrul Apakan, Chief Monitor of the SMM to Ukraine, and Simon Smith, the UK Ambassador to Ukraine, will participate in the ceremony.
Journalists are invited to attend the ceremony on Tuesday, 13 January, at 13:45 at Turgenevska 26, at the car park behind the SMM’s office in Kyiv.
