During the visit to Slovyansk on 8 July 2014, President Petro Poroshenko stated that Ukraine was going to increase the production volumes of its own arms to meet the needs of the military personnel, which, according to him, would result into preparing changes to the state defence order, informs the news agency RBK-Ukrayina.
