On June 9, 2016, Oleksiy Melnyk, Co-Director, Foreign Relations and International Security Programmes, met with the group of students of the Swedish Defence University. The title of his presentation was “Armed Forces in the Antiterrorist Operation”. The legal framework and political constrains of military forces deployment, political constrains were among the main issues presented and discussed with the future leaders of the Swedish Armed Forces.
