On 12 October 2016, the Gorshenin Institute held VI National Expert Forum “Key Issues of the Year”. During the three panels experts and journalists discussed major events and challenges Ukraine has faced this year. The third panel “Ukraine in Europe and the World” was devoted to the issues of European integration and, in particular, the implementation of the Minsk agreements to resolve the situation in Donbas.
