Russia is building not one but several military bases near the Ukrainian border. This was stated by Co-director of Foreign Relations and International Security Programmes of the Razumkov Centre Oleksiy Melnyk, informs the news agency Radio Liberty.
“This is definitely not the last base that will be built there. As we can see, Russia will continue trying to keep fairly substantial forces next to the Ukrainian border.
