The militants agree to a ceasefire when they are running out of ammunition

In Eastern Ukraine, cannons should be silenced on 9 December. The Day of Silence in Donetsk and Luhansk Oblasts, where the Ukrainian army and armed pro-Russian separatists are fighting, has been initiated by the President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko for the second time.
